General Manager Mr. Li Cheng-Wei and His Team from SEYI Machinery Visit Takisawa Taiwan to Observe Our Intelligent Production Lines
We sincerely thank General Manager Mr. Li and his team from SEYI Machinery Group for visiting and providing guidance. During their visit, they observed our LA, LB, and LC intelligent manufacturing lines and engaged in in-depth exchanges and experience sharing. This exchange not only affirmed Takisawa Taiwan’s strength in smart manufacturing but also marked the beginning of potential future collaborations to jointly explore a new chapter in intelligent manufacturing.
Takisawa Technology has implemented a flexible and integrated automation line architecture, fully integrating machining equipment, smart warehousing, machine networking (IIoT), quick die change systems, robotic arms, and AI inspection technologies. This allows for complete automation and intelligence across machining and handling processes. For example, in the past, over 130 machine models required 30 to 40 different fixtures, and changing setups took 3 to 4 hours, limiting processing efficiency. Now, with a master fixture and 26 sub-fixtures, robotic arms can perform quick die changes in just 5 minutes—greatly improving production flexibility and efficiency.
Additionally, the intelligent production line features real-time scheduling capabilities, enabling rapid response to customers' small-batch, high-variety customization needs. This not only significantly boosts production efficiency but also allows customized machines to be scheduled and produced immediately, reducing inventory pressure. The entire line can run continuously and unmanned for over 72 hours, fully demonstrating the high value of smart manufacturing.
Takisawa Technology remains committed to the spirit of craftsmanship, leading by example in driving smart manufacturing transformation. Beyond optimizing our own operations, we leverage this valuable experience to provide comprehensive solutions—including Takisawa’s green intelligent machinery and smart production lines—to help more customers transition together into the new era of intelligent manufacturing.
